2013 Season Tryouts

Tryouts will be held for boys on Monday July 23rd and for girls on Wednesday July 25th as follows:

Age U8 through U12: 6:00pm to 6:30pm registration at the High School south parking lot, then proceed to Ontario Primary fields for tryouts from 6:30pm to 8:00pm

Age U13 through U19: 6:30pm to 7:00pm registration at the High School south parking lot, then proceed to Middle School fields for tryouts from 7:00pm to 8:30pm

Age group is the team for which a child would play during the 2013 season. Registration will be to collect or verify child’s personal information, affix an identification bib and have digital picture taken

Girls U17 Win Irondequoit Tourney

The Wayne Wings girls U17 team won the 2012 Irondequoit Tournament, their second year in a row winning their division in that tournament. Thankfully the weather conditions this year were better than last year! Well done girls!

Boys U14 White Win Brighton League

The Wayne Wings boys U14 white team went undefeated in the Brighton Indoor winter league, and won the league championship title as well. Way to go guys!

NYPS Summer Camp at MCC

New York Premier Soccer will be running a summer camp at MCC this summer which is open to all NYPS clubs such as Wayne Wings. It will be a player development centered camp incorporating lots of skills work but also fun games with a learning purpose as well. The three hours a day will also include access to the fantastic swimming pool facility at MCC to help the players cool off after a long day of camp!
