On-Line Coach's Evaluation Form!!

The Wayne Wings Soccer Club is located in Ontario, New York. Our teams consist of both boys and girls  ranging from ages 10 to 19 years old.


 Team Information:

 

Tryouts for 2010-2011 Season

September 11th & 12th - Boys
September 18th & 19th - Girls

10am - 12:30pm (check-in starts at 9:30)

$20 tryouts fee until September 10th ($30 after)

Register at www.waynewings.com on-line registration

Must be 8 years old by July 31,2011

All are required to be present at both tryout dates

This will ensure your child is considered during the team formation process. 

    Please complete our on-line travel tryout registration and pay the fee as soon as possible.  If you mail in your payment, your payment must be received before September 10, 2010.
 
Pre-registration will help facilitate a smoother tryout process.

  • Two (2) People for Uniform Committee
  • Treasurer
  • Secretary
  • One (1) Equipment Manager
  • Registrar
  • Webmaster

Please contact any of the Board Members if you are interested in volunteering for one of these positions.
